About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Change Management Practice, you will work directly with clients across all areas of change management to deliver high-quality outcomes.

As a junior role, you will work closely with more senior team members on client engagements. Your responsibilities will include taking briefs from clients, analysing their business particularly where there is a potential impact from change, and proposing appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes.

You will also be responsible for executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member. Additionally, you will apply Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall, and blended methods.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have 1-3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Delivery, and/or PMO roles. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and you should have proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.

You should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice.
