About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our team at Regis Aged Care. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing care in our facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide proactive care that creates special moments and enriches the daily life of our residents.
  • Manage medication plans, interventions, and progress notes to ensure seamless care and detailed medical record keeping.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver resident-focused continuity of care models that meet Regis Aged Care best practice.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognized equivalent qualification.
  • Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing).
  • Flexibility in your availability.
  • Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the AN-ACC funding system.
  • Experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care setting, hospitals, or community care.
