- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care, or equivalent experience.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Current Australian driver's license and a registered, well-maintained, reliable, and insured vehicle.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client-centered care.
