Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our West Region Delivery Team (WRDT). The WRDT consortium comprises Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure, Fulton Hogan, Programmed, Stantec, and Atlas, and is responsible for delivering design, construction, maintenance, and facility management services for Sydney Water's wastewater, water, and recycled water systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive commercial and contract management support to ensure the financial, contractual, and operational success of multiple projects across the program.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial, project, and management teams to manage both upstream and downstream activities and ensure alignment with overall program objectives and commercial management strategies.
  • Manage complex contracts for major infrastructure projects, utilizing commercial resolution, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement commercial management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience working on large-scale water infrastructure projects, such as water treatment plants, pipelines, and other linear infrastructure.
  • Experience navigating complex contracts for major infrastructure projects.
  • Strong commercial resolution, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • NEC 4 experience is highly regarded.
