We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to join our team as a Finance Manager. This exciting opportunity will allow you to progress in your career and make a real-world impact on our finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of experienced financial accountants, providing guidance and support in the AP/AR department.
- Develop and maintain management reporting systems, including budgets, costings, KPIs, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.
- Analyse financial reports with senior management and other team members to inform business decisions.
- Ensure the integrity of the general ledger by managing and maintaining its accuracy.
- Oversee compliance with tax regulations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate treasury operations and IT systems to optimize financial performance.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of computers and IT systems.
- Relevant accounting qualifications such as CPA or CA.
- Mature outlook and ability to assist with mediation/conflict resolution.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
