Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on a key role within our organisation. As a Senior Accountant/Client Manager, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality taxation and business advisory services.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills and expertise, while also taking ownership of your career path in a supportive team culture and forward-thinking leadership environment.

You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of business advisory and tax clients, ensuring top-tier service, compliance, and strong relationship management. This includes preparing financial statements, tax returns, BAS, IAS, and FBT for a range of entities, while delivering strategic advice to help clients grow and succeed.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff, identifying value-add opportunities, and improving internal processes. Furthermore, you will take over an existing book of clients and have the scope to expand it further.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in public practice accounting with strong tax and advisory expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or Economics
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Xero, Microsoft Office, and relevant accounting software
  • Passion for business advisory, problem-solving, and helping clients succeed
