About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at our Kings Meadows Aged Care Facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needs
- Administer medications and provide direct patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months experience in an aged care setting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
