Job Summary

This is a senior technical role that serves as the primary liaison between OEMs and Cummins Inc. The position requires strong working relationships with customer technical counterparts to deliver specialized product technical information, manage product specifications, and communicate product change information.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customer technical counterparts to serve as their primary liaison.
  • Manage product specifications and communicate product change information to ensure seamless product development.
  • Conduct complex installation issue resolutions and facilitate customer requests.
  • Apply technical expertise in product, application, and market knowledge to support product selection and equipment design.
  • Lead the translation of customer needs and 'voice of the customer' into functional product requirements.
  • Serve as a customer/market advocate inside Cummins during new product development programs, design reviews, and product change request processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to influence technical direction within a project team.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in power generation technologies.
