Rehabilitation Counsellor

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Case management and caseload management
• Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
• Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
• Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
• Completing various assessments using clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills

• A qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling
• Full membership with ASORC
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Desire to problem-solve and innovate
• Passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits
• Current drivers' license and access to a vehicle
