Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Case management and caseload management
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
- Completing various assessments using clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills
- A qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling
- Full membership with ASORC
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Desire to problem-solve and innovate
- Passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits
- Current drivers' license and access to a vehicle
