About your new role:

Key Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in supporting the team's vision and achieving business objectives across each division. As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and execute brand-building initiatives that include events, social media, newsletters, and personalised client campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  1. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate internal and external events, handling logistics, social media promotion, and vendor coordination.
  2. Digital Presence: Develop engaging content aligned with marketing campaigns, and help grow their digital presence through scheduled posts and innovative media strategies.
  3. Content Strategy: Implement a weekly or bi-weekly newsletter strategy, supporting long-term content plans.
  4. Client Relations: Create unique client engagement campaigns, including mail-outs and gifting, to build brand loyalty.
  5. CORporate Social Responsibility: Lead team-building CSR initiatives, from monetary support to hands-on activities like clean-ups or tree planting.
  6. Showroom Experience: Maintain an exceptional client experience in the showroom by continually analysing and improving the before-purchase client journey.

About you:

  • You should have recent experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with Dynamics would be beneficial.
  • You must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
