Job Description

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in the leadership team, working closely with Regional Managers and Centre Management teams. Reporting to the Regional Manager, City of Sydney, this role is primarily responsible for overseeing the HR function across the six City of Sydney Aquatic and Leisure Centres.

Main Responsibilities
  • Represent the central HR services of Belgravia Leisure
  • Implement the workforce annual plan
  • Oversee the recruitment process
  • Onboard and induct new staff members
  • Maintain policies and procedures across all six centres
Requirements
  • Adaptable attitude
  • Dependable, organised with great attention to detail
  • Able to identify suitable candidates
  • A team player contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders
