Front-of-House Leadership Position

  2. The Front-of-House Supervisor plays a vital role in assisting the management team with the day-to-day operations of our bakery. This includes guiding servers and baristas, participating in training and development of the team, and upholding high service standards.
  3. Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage front-of-house operations, providing guidance to servers and baristas.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and drive sales.
    • Uphold our culture of superior customer service, striving to exceed guest expectations.
    • Maintain a clean and visually appealing dining area, ensuring a pleasant and safe dining experience.
    • Coordinate between FOH and BOH staff for efficient service delivery.
    • Address customer questions, feedback and concerns with effective solutions.
    • Assist with inventory management and supply orders.
    • Enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  5. Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • A supervisory background within the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
    • Proven leadership skills with a talent for nurturing and guiding a diverse team.
    • Effective communication and people skills.
    • Ability to handle customer service situations effectively.
