About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing strategies, and implementing interventions to prevent workplace injuries and promote healthy lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized plans to support their prevention of workplace injuries;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and support;
  • Perform assessments, including functional capacity evaluations and vocational assessments;
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance client skills and confidence;
  • Build relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support throughout the prevention process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency);
  • Allied Health Qualification in Occupational Therapy;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centered care;
  • Current drivers' licence and access to your own vehicle.
