**Administration Support Specialist Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration Support Specialist to join our team.

The role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the school's administration department. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming visitors, staff, and students in a professional manner
  • Answering incoming phone calls and taking messages or transferring with notice
  • Providing first aid and medication to students and maintaining accurate records
  • Offering general administration support as requested by executive staff

**Essential Criteria:**
