AECOM is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Director to oversee the delivery of complex infrastructure projects in Darwin, Australia.

This role will involve leading multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met, while effectively managing budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Coordinating the work of various teams, including engineers, designers, and construction professionals
  • Managing project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum 8 years' experience in project management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and Australian standards

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
