Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality investment performance reporting and attribution analysis, working closely with investment management and execution teams to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely investment performance reporting and attribution analysis across portfolios, asset classes, and investment options.
  • Develop and maintain performance measurement and attribution models to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with investment managers on investment reviews and committee presentations.
  • Contribute to system and reporting improvement initiatives and support the development of investment strategy.

About You / Qualifications

  • You have significant experience in investment performance analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of attribution models and methodologies, including Fixed Income attribution.
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements for superannuation fund investment reporting and working knowledge of complex financial instruments and their performance measurement.
  • Your technical skills include proficiency with investment platforms (e.g., Simcorp, Bloomberg, Factset), advanced SQL/Python, and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and a deep understanding of superannuation investment structures.
