As a seasoned civil engineer, you will oversee the design and drafting program, coordinating technical reviews and internal QA processes, while leading design coordination with architects, landscape architects, and engineers at project meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Chartered Engineer status with NER accreditation, and 15+ years of experience preferably in civil design for buildings, urban development, land development, or brownfield projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing budgets and preparing fee proposals
  • Overseeing civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities
  • Leading design coordination with architects, landscape architects, and engineers at project meetings
  • Coordinating technical reviews and internal QA processes
  • Project management, bid support, and leadership duties
  • Setting department goals and developing actionable implementation plans
  • Enhancing engineering application processes
