The role of Strategic Business Intelligence Lead involves leading the finance team in delivering financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on strategic funding and participant outcomes.

This is a high-impact opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the NDIS or Not-For-Profit & Healthcare sectors.

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve decision-making.
  • Analyse complex financial data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Design and implement budgeting and forecasting models to support new services.
  • Promote sustainable growth through risk management and compliance.
  • Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes and systems.
