About the Role

Clough Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Analyst to join our team in Perth. As an Internal Audit Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing independent and objective assurance to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Internal Audit in determining the Internal Audit Program for the Clough Group, in consultation with the Executive team.
  • Deliver the Internal Audit Plan to support the multibillion-dollar order book across the Asia Pacific region, in line with relevant agreed timeframes.
  • Conduct audits in accordance with the defined audit methodology, legal, regulatory, and requirements defined by the Italian Stock Exchange.
  • Presentation to management during and at the conclusion of the audit, discussing deficiencies, recommending corrective action.
  • Ensure that all agreed-upon action plans are subsequently implemented.
  • Assist the Head of Internal Audit in ensuring the Audit Programmes continues to target key risk areas and ensure resources are appropriately guided and focused.
  • Raise awareness of audit objectives and requirements throughout the Clough Group subsidiaries.
  • Report on Internal Audit activities to the Head of Internal Audit, the Executive Team, and the Board of Directors.
  • Develop and maintain effective key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage audits through Clough's established internal audit processes.
  • Travel on an as-required basis (~30%).
Requirements
  • Suitable tertiary and professional qualifications.
  • Experience in internal auditing, risk management, project controls, engineering, or equivalent discipline.
  • Experience in the energy, resources, and infrastructure and major capital project/construction auditing will be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to assist management by bringing a systematic, disciplined, and structured approach in risk management, controls, and governance process.
  • Strong relationship building skills to ensure deliverables are clearly articulated.
  • Effectively and efficiently handle multiple responsibilities at the same time.
  • Highly collaborative, have outstanding communication skills, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
