About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Luxury Sales Ambassador to join our team at the Sheridan Hobart Outlet.

This is a casual role requiring ability to work weekends, weekdays and peak trade times (such as public holidays and sale periods).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers
  • Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits and care instructions
  • Ensuring all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard
  • Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
  • Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration
