Novated Leasing Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage and process novated lease paperwork, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate information in our CRM leasing system.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  • Manage vehicle onboarding and documentation for settlement processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM leasing system.
  • Assist with finance settlements and budget management.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  2. Documentation Management: Efficiently manage and process novated lease paperwork, including vehicle onboarding and documentation.
  3. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM leasing system.
  4. Finance Support: Assist with finance settlements and provide guidance on budget management.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, finance or a related field is preferred.
  • A strong track record in customer support or engagement roles is essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems is a must.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of work efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meeting deadlines are crucial.
