Role Overview: Your career in project delivery within the resource sectors will align with engineering delivery requirements, allowing you to collaborate with various teams in a multi-disciplinary business group across the studies portfolio. Qualifications: Candidates should possess relevant experience in the Minerals and Metals sector, including:

  • Experience in engineering or project delivery within the Minerals and Metals resource sector, with a comprehensive understanding of full lifecycle mining operations.
  • Strong ability to cultivate cohesive and agile working relationships, both internally and externally, to ensure best practices are maintained.
  • Proficiency in working effectively within a matrix structure, coordinating with functional heads and working groups.
  • Excellent analytical, literacy, and numerical skills, with a solid understanding of proposals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Experience in leading and managing engineering studies.
  • Knowledge of process plant design, construction, commissioning, and operation, along with associated infrastructure.
  • Experience in developing proposals, budgets, and schedules for new studies.
  • Understanding of change management and the ability to implement appropriate actions.
