Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Site Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations and construction workflows.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Carpenter looking to transition into a site management position with a reputable construction company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate trades, suppliers, and materials to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with various teams, including estimating, administration, and maintenance, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Uphold company safety standards and maintain a high level of site presentation at all times

  • Proven experience in frames & trusses for a project home builder
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and motivated mindset, with a proven track record in previous roles
  • The ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
