We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Empower Healthcare. As a Physiotherapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with Musculoskeletal, Neurological, and Cardiorespiratory conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for clients in their own homes through home care packages/NDIS.
- Work collaboratively with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
- Educate clients and their families to optimize their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.
- Work autonomously to prioritize and complete tasks, maintain records, and provide patient reports.
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Registration with AHPRA
- Police Check Clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
