About the Role

We are looking for a technical leader with a strong background in electrical engineering, renewable energy, and HV design. Your expertise will be essential in developing and executing our engineering strategy, identifying new project opportunities, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies. You will work closely with our senior management team to drive the success of our projects and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Planning: Develop HV design packages, ensuring alignment with project specifications and integration requirements;
  • Compliance and Standards: Adhere to relevant Australian Standards and industry practices for HV systems, ensuring regulatory compliance;
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute engineering strategy, identifying new project opportunities and technological advancements;
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on emerging technologies, offer technical expertise to teams, and ensure the feasibility and sustainability of engineering solutions;
  • Documentation: Manage and produce all required engineering documentation, ensuring accuracy and currency throughout project lifecycles;
  • Consultant Engagement: Manage consultant relationships and scopes to deliver design, reports, and reviews of engineering and commissioning work streams.
