About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Haematology Portfolio Manager to join our national specialty team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing accounts within your VIC territory, providing a consistent and value-added service across the Haematology portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Implement key account strategies to drive growth and deliver results
- Clinically differentiate GSK's Haematology portfolio as the preferred option for patients
- Engage and educate key stakeholders to support the patient journey and enhance quality use of medicines
- Collaborate with GSK commercial, medical, and sales teams to achieve objectives aligned with GSK's strategic goals
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A significant background in hospital specialist positions, with an understanding of working complexities in the hospital environment
- Experience and knowledge in the Haematology therapeutic area
- Launch experience is desirable
- Clear and influential communication skills to work effectively with medical and commercial stakeholders
- An aptitude for science, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and tailored format
- A sharp commercial focus, complemented by exceptional account management, influencing, and relationship-building skills
