**Role Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to lead our front of house catering team and manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, café and bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and safety, and motivating their team to deliver outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintaining high levels of customer service to our members and guests at all times;
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, café and bar;
  • Shift and staff management including performance management and disciplinary action;
  • Assisting employees and customers with any enquiries;
  • Ordering of stock;
  • Rostering of staff and managing staffing levels;
  • Managing conflict resolution and customer complaints;
  • Completing Daily Shift Reports and following up on corrective actions;
  • Daily cash reconciliation, handling and processing;
  • Develop strategies to help drive financials and revenue for the business;
  • Ensure all areas are presented and cleaned to a high standard at all times;
  • Ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of members and guests by ensuring all WHS requirements are being met at all times;

**Requirements**

  • At least 2 years' previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry;
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptional shift management and customer service skills;
  • Ability to deal with complex situations and make effective business decisions;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • Food, wine and beverage knowledge;
  • Current RSA/RCG qualifications and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate are required;
  • Relevant qualifications in Hospitality and/or Management would be advantageous;
