Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team. As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing testing activities to ensure the quality of our software releases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and manage defects, and provide high-quality test reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with End-to-End teams to define Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of Done;
  • Design and script test cases in XRAY;
  • Create test cases to requirement traceability;
  • Ensure software releases adhere to deadlines while maintaining quality;
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of business rules, multiple systems, and their respective functionality;
  • Report defects and work with the team to resolve them;
  • Evaluate and report test results, test progress, and product quality;
Requirements
  • ISTQB Certified;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Analyst;
  • Demonstrated experience in creating test plans, test traceability matrix, test case design, execution, defect management, and test reports;
  • Experience in working in an Agile environment;
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum;
  • Delivery, including agile testing;
  • Experience using tools such as Confluence, JIRA, XRAY, or similar;
  • Demonstrated use of testing techniques, such as Risk-Based testing;
  • Ability to actively contribute to Testing CoP;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques, including BDD, TDD, Risk-Based testing, and the Testing Pyramid;
