Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Review: Review marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Compliance Policy Development: Develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and work plans to reflect changing regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Change Management: Keep the business informed about regulatory changes and updates.
  • Audit Support: Support external audits, inspections, and industry consultations to maintain a strong compliance record.
Requirements:
  • Compliance Experience: At least 10 years of experience in financial services compliance.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; compliance and certification preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, leadership experience, and familiarity with relevant regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Report Writing: Ability to interpret legislation, write reports, and manage deadlines.
  • Tech Savviness: Interest and knowledge in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech.
  • Adaptability: Based in Australia with a proactive approach.
