We're seeking a skilled leader to inspire our customers' shopping experience. As a Retail Leader, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact every day.

About This Role

In this leadership role, you'll contribute to a store that's encouraging, warm and welcoming for our team, customers and community members. You'll work closely with your local community, combining your passion and retail leadership experience while progressing your career.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach and develop your team to achieve success.
  • Recognise and celebrate individual contributions and successes.
  • Take a collaborative approach to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
  • Inspire customers through presentation, merchandising and stock management.
  • Streamline processes to ensure quality of service and products.
  • Ensure a safe environment for our team and customers.
  • Act as the point of contact within the store while the Store Manager is off duty or off-site.
  • Support all departments and provide coaching and guidance.
