Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Specialist to drive complex projects forward, ensuring timely delivery and lasting benefits for local economies and the environment.

The scope of this role includes rail track and systems upgrades, bridge replacements, road works, civil structures, and third-party utility modifications between Albury and Illabo in central NSW.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate safe and compliant project delivery.
  • Ensure project delivery schedule targets and planning requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on contractor performance and progress of operational readiness, quality, safety, and environmental objectives.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure a consistent and strategic approach to delivery planning and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large, complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • Brownfield rail or road project experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a structured, well-ordered manner.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
