Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Statutory Reporting Team as a Statutory Reporting Specialist in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, or Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, have a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reporting services, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning and coordinating statutory reporting services for allocated corporate clients.
  • Supervising statutory reporting services and coordination with client and auditor stakeholders.
  • Delivering high-quality financial reporting services to meet clients' needs.
  • Supporting team members' career development and contributing to a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards gained through professional services experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Experience working with remote teams within Australia and overseas.
  • Strong communication skills to lead discussions with clients on technical matters.
  • Proven accuracy with first-class prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • CA qualification or equivalent completed or in progress.
  • Technical knowledge of IFRS essential; CAAP knowledge advantageous.
