Job Description:

Our team protects our organisation from emerging cyber threats as Cyber Security Analysts (Networks).

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the patch management process for all network devices ensuring they are appropriately maintained and supported.
  • Performing regular review and reporting activities to ensure network assets are configured and maintained in line with Santos' network hardening and configuration standards and industry best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all network assets, including per-site and inter-site connectivity diagrams.
  • Ensuring all network assets report to Santos' Network monitoring systems and SIEM.
  • Providing support for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance with security standards.
  • Offering cybersecurity inputs and guidance on proposed network changes to ensure they align with Santos' standards and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Network Administrator, Architect or Engineer.
  • Exposure developing and implementing security and network architecture frameworks and designs to support the successful delivery of programs, projects, and investments.
  • Experience in scripting with languages such as Python and PowerShell would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of common switching and routing protocols and concepts.
  • Understanding of network hardening concepts such as network access control.
