About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the creative team, including project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to excel in their roles.
Innovation & Implementation:
  • Develop and implement innovative processes and systems to improve creative efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure our creative work remains cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaboration:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Work closely with product marketing and digital communications teams to ensure creative work supports business goals.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed about market developments and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative operations or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
