About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Services Manager to lead our Digital Services & Solutions team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital solutions to our customers, including IT integration, interoperability, and cross-modality functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Digital Services & Solutions, including IT integration, interoperability, and cross-modality functionality.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on digital solutions and services.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, marketing plans, and structures for new solutions and value-added services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure the internal organization is fit for purpose to support the growth of Professional Services and Digital Solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and commercial capabilities.
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Technical expertise in digital solutions and services.
  • Experience in the medical or safety industries.
  • Field service, systems engineering, or product management experience.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including an annual bonus, car allowance, excellent on-the-job training, and other benefits. You will also have the opportunity to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand for approximately 50% of your time.
