Job Description

Are you passionate about athletic sneakers and apparel? Do you enjoy sharing your enthusiasm with customers and providing a great in-store experience? As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.

You will work closely with your colleagues to provide excellent sales service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered. You will also maintain personal and productivity goals, connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.

To succeed in this role, you must be confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience. You should be motivated to achieve great results due to your enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
  • Deliver sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
  • Maintain personal and productivity goals
  • Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
  • Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs
  • Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
  • Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 0-3 year of retail experience
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
  • Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
