Narangba Valley Oshc Lead Coordinator

This role is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to manage a large Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service in Narangba.

  • Manage a large service with an existing Coordinator, 2 Assistant Coordinators, and 6 consistent Educators, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Develop and deliver an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft, ensuring the highest quality care and education for children.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with children, schools, the community, and parents, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management, staff development, and performance evaluations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, working closely with stakeholders to achieve excellent rating and assessment outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ideal minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Diploma in Children's Services), or have completed minimum 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field.
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state required check.
  • Clear and professional communication, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
