Cloud Platform Engineer Role

We support millions of customers across Australia and New Zealand through our various health services. As a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer, you will contribute to Bupa's mission to be the leading health provider.

Main Responsibilities
  • Spearhead cloud modernization project work on a fixed-term employment basis.
  • Deploy and manage workloads across Azure, GCP, and AWS platforms.
  • Collaborate with experts who have strong Azure experience coupled with Terraform and Automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer deploying, managing or supporting Azure public cloud workloads.
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including on-premises, Azure services, and directory & identity services at scale.
  • Demonstrated expertise in contemporary development principles and tooling: 'everything as code', version-controlled change, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure Resource Manager, Azure Automation, Active Directory, and/or Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience authoring and modifying clean self-documenting code using an IaC platform like Terraform.
