About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Valuation Expert in Townsville, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and retail assets.
You will need to possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients, while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a strong client network
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed commercial valuation skills, exceptional communication and business development skills, and a strong commitment to professional development.
You will have a degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications, CPV status, and significant experience in the commercial valuation space.
