This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, resilient, and enjoys making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. As a Residential Support Coordinator, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, secure, and healthy living environment for our students.

  • You will be responsible for fostering a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional resident experiences.
  • Assist with various enquiries related to residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.
  • Monitor and report concerns or issues affecting resident safety and wellbeing, escalating as necessary.
  • Co-ordinate and execute administrative duties, including mail management and filing.

Key requirements include eligibility to work in Australia, a National Police Check (completed within the last three months), and a Working with Vulnerable People's Check.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on the company's industry standards and location.
