Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality mental health services to parent-infant/child dyads and triads.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of perinatal and infant mental health concerns, formulate treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
  2. Develop and implement safety plans for situations involving self/child harm, child protection concerns, or domestic violence.
  3. Facilitate group programs to promote healthy parent-infant relationships, secure attachment, and positive mental health outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and staff support.
  5. Engage in case management and coordination within the Parent, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Team.
Selection Criteria and Qualifications
  1. You must possess relevant qualifications and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  2. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in perinatal mental health practice, with a strong focus on assessment and management of perinatal mental illness, individual and family therapies, and attachment-based practice.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
