Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team during the Christmas period. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers find the perfect gifts and adventure gear.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
  • Assisting customers in finding products and resolving any issues they may have
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and merchandising products as needed
  • Supporting across various departments as needed to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service
About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store, and that our products are presented in a way that showcases their quality and value.

You will work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This includes assisting customers with product information, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
