We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Stocking Associate to join our team at Costco Wholesale. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for stocking and merchandising products on our sales floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Stock and merchandise products on the sales floor, maintaining high product levels and adhering to merchandising standards.
- Communicate with supervisors and managers to determine merchandising plans and priorities, and write lists of products to be brought from the steel for stocking.
- Use manual pallet jacks to move and position pallets of merchandise, and stack product from partial pallets to full pallets.
- Operate a box knife to cut boxes for display and accessibility of product, and wrap or tie and tag pallets to be returned to the steel.
- Mark product numbers on unmarked items using a marking gun, and observe and ensure correct product signage.
- Set up display models, assemble as necessary, and modify displays for safe handling by members.
- Pull loose cardboard and slip-sheets from the floor, clear sales floor of debris, and sweep.
- Provide prompt and courteous member service, helping members to load large items into their cart and directing them to products.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
