About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging role, centered around leading educational initiatives across our network. As an Education and Quality Partner, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in pedagogy, practice, and compliance at all levels.

Key to this position is your ability to coach and support campus teams in maintaining high-quality education, practice, and care through targeted training programs.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with regional teams to implement consistent curriculum and pedagogical approaches across all campuses.

  • Support campuses in achieving educational excellence through coaching and professional development.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training content aligned with NQF requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Education leadership team to lead the Educational Leadership Framework, mentoring and guiding campus leadership teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education from a reputable institution.
  • Significant experience in early childhood education leadership, with expertise in National Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
