About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Ipswich. As an Occupational Therapist with our company, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including NDIS, Medicare, DVA, and private clients, across the lifespan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services in a clinic and community setting in Ipswich.
  • Work with clients with a variety of chronic diagnoses, including neurological impairments, degenerative conditions, and developmental difficulties.
  • Assess and train clients in personal and domestic activities of daily living, home assessment and recommendations for home modifications, upper limb and hand therapy, scar and oedema management, prescription of assistive devices and equipment, cognitive assessment and therapy, perceptual assessment and therapy, childhood development, behavioral support and understanding, sensory support and understanding, and learning/physical disabilities.
  • Telehealth services available.

  • Opportunities for cross-discipline sessions and collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and other Speech Pathologists.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Drivers license and own vehicle.
