Finance Expert Role

We are looking for a finance expert to support our business by delivering accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting. This role involves contributing to the development of comprehensive plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making an impact through financial modelling, performance analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business support.

About You

  • A tertiary qualification in accounting or finance is essential, preferably with CA or CPA certification.
  • You have proven experience in analytical roles within property or retail sectors.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Excel and Power BI is required.
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to work effectively in a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver insightful and timely financial analysis and reporting.
  2. Contribute to the development and preparation of comprehensive plans across the portfolio.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  4. Maintain proficiency in data visualisation tools and technologies.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
