About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our cybersecurity team. This is a unique opportunity to drive and continuously improve our Information Security program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with several years of experience in information security. They will possess excellent analysis, planning, project management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust security policies and procedures
  • Conduct thorough system tests and oversee vulnerability audits
  • Test incident response plans and recovery procedures
  • Curate comprehensive information security training and awareness programs
  • Ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations
  • Oversee vendor risk management, including contract review
  • Report to executive management on security incidents and progress
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Professional certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, are highly desirable
  • Several years of experience in information technology, with a focus on cybersecurity
  • Experience with network security, incident response, security operations, and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of data protection and disaster recovery processes, firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, and work under pressure
  • Up-to-date knowledge of security principles, techniques, and protocols
