Boral is seeking a highly skilled Workplace Services Solution Engineer to join our IT Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering and supporting digital solutions that enable Boral to provide exceptional systems experiences for our customers, operations, and employees.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fit-for-purpose solutions that meet customer needs across IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, software, and user authentication.
  • Design and develop solutions that respect Boral's architecture and design principles.
  • Proactively suggest features and changes to enhance user experience and internal productivity.
  • Undertake production deployment and service transition activities.
  • Provide operations support, utilizing proactive tools and techniques to anticipate and address issues.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to deliver on a range of technical tasks, including analysis, design, development, testing, and operations.
  • Expert-level understanding of Microsoft Intune/Autopilot, Azure EntraId, and SCCM/Adaptiva.
  • Experience with troubleshooting packaging and deployment issues, as well as Windows 11 customizations and SOE.
  • Good understanding and experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration.
