Key Role

We're seeking an accomplished Software Engineering Expert to join our engineering team. This pivotal member will contribute significantly to architecture and implementation across the stack, playing a key part in shaping our company's growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing robust software architectures that drive innovation and scalability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop impactful telehealth experiences.
  • Building tools for internal employees, including doctors, health coaches, and medical operations staff.
  • Iteratively developing new features, balancing rapid prototyping with stability, security, and modularity.
  • Providing mentorship and knowledge sharing amongst the wider team.
Essential Skills
  • Frontend: React, React Native + Expo, TypeScript, Apollo, Tailwind
  • Backend: Node (TypeScript) and Go microservices, Federated GraphQL, gRPC, Protobufs, Pub/Sub and Postgres, hosted on GCP Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong technical skills, with experience in similar roles at startups, scale-ups, or software companies using elements of our tech stack.
  • Adaptability and ability to work effectively under changing requirements.
  • Proven experience in contributing to both frontend and backend code bases, ideally with expertise in one area.
  • A track record of owning projects and being involved in the full product lifecycle.
