This role plays a crucial part in day-to-day functions of the department while working closely with colleagues across the store to ensure a great shopping experience for customers and a great workplace for team members.

Roster and Working Hours

We offer flexible roster options including scheduled start times and days. Refer to the listing for specifics on start day, end day, and start time/end time per option. Start times typically range from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Create an inclusive team environment where you can be yourself while delivering a consistently good shopping experience for customers.
  • Support your first leadership role and provide guidance to lead, offering a gateway to a retail career.
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a great customer experience.

Your Qualifications

  • Able to engage and role model ways to delight customers through Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
  • Makes safety a top priority for the team and customers by ensuring correct processes are followed in store.
  • A strong desire to learn department operations to provide great support to the department team day to day.
  • Able to work well with others through collaboration to achieve great outcomes.
  • Developing awareness of your own leadership style with a goal to grow into a future leadership role.
  • An appreciation of value in working across stores to enable a positive overall shopping experience for customers.
